“I began my nursing career in the Emergency Department in early 2024, where I developed a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human soul and the importance of compassionate care. While I’ve always enjoyed the dynamic nature of emergency medicine, my passion for mental health inspired me to pursue nurse psychotherapy.

My goal as a nurse psychotherapist is to help people find genuine happiness and fulfillment in their work, relationships, and everyday life. With a foundation in nursing and additional training in psychotherapy, I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help clients evaluate, plan, and refine their lives with purpose and confidence.

I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding and I’m here to guide and support you through that process.”

“I am a small-town girl from Kincardine, Ontario, and I love returning there whenever I can to spend time with my family and soak in the beautiful beaches and lakeside views. My roots in a close-knit community have truly shaped the caring and grounded approach I bring to my work and every-day life.

In my spare time, I volunteer for an animal rescue called Bark at the Moon (BATM) which is based in London, Ontario. I love this role because I get to work with fosters/adopters to ensure they feel confident and safe taking a new dog into their home. Plus, who doesn't love helping dogs!

I graduated from nursing school at the University of Windsor in early 2024, and began right away in the Emergency Department at a Level 1 Trauma Center. My nursing experience has taught me resilience, compassionate care, and the power of being present for people during vulnerable times. Alongside this, I trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) through Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. I bring tools from this course to use a solution-focused, goal-oriented approach to therapy to help my clients navigate life with clarity and confidence.”
